Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease. The diagnosis Medications (DMARDS) and exercise (physical activity) play a major role in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. If medicines are taken regularly, a balanced diet is exercised and then gradually the disease is controlled.
Medicines for a few autoimmune diseases are also discontinued, so the disease can be kept under control by gradually reducing some.

Necessary steps
– Every patient or healthy person should exercise at least forty minutes every day. Better to play a physical activity sport like bandminton or table tennis everyday. Sports maintain the positivity of man to fight, win and stay in the game.
