Salman has come forward to help the poor laborers after Salman Khan incurred expenses of 25,000 workers of the film industry amid lockdown due to COVID-19. They have sent trucks filling the ration for the poor so that no one can sleep hungry. Salman did not announce any help but his friend Baba Siddiqui shared a picture of a Godown on Twitter informing him that trucks loaded with ration items are parked.
Baba shared this picture and wrote, ‘You are always one step ahead in helping others and once again you have proved this to be true. Thank you Salman Khan for taking care of coronavirus in the war and no one is hungry.

25,000 workers were helped: Earlier, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) had received account statements from 19,000 workers and sent assistance to their accounts. According to reports, Salman had collected an amount of around 6 crores to various accounts. FWICE Secretary General Ashok Dubey appreciated the move of the member staff and confirmed that “Salman Khan had sought details of 25,000 workers. We received details from 19,000 member workers. Out of which 3000 workers had already received Rs 5000 from Yash Raj Films. So we have sent the details of the remaining 16,000 workers to Salman Khan and he has started transferring the money. Soon everyone will get money. “
