Vegetable kebabs

material

  • Leftover vegetable
  • 100 grams boiled potatoes
  • A spoonful of ginger
  • A spoonful of garlic
  • Green chilli
  • A spoonful of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons coriander powder
  • A spoonful of turmeric
  • A spoonful of corn flour or maida
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala and salt

Method

Take the remaining vegetables in a bowl and mash the boiled potatoes in it. Now add grated ginger and ground garlic. Add chopped green chillies, lemon juice, red chillies, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric. Now mix all purpose flour and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then make small round kebabs of this mixture and fry them lightly until they turn golden brown. Serve with ketchup or green chutney.

  • Leftover kebabs (grind to the size of a roti)
  • Leftover bread
  • 2 onions
  • 100 grams curd
  • 7-8 cloves garlic
  • A spoonful of red chili powder
  • A spoonful of Chaat Masala
  • A spoonful of lemon juice
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Salt

Method

Firstly, to make yogurt sauce, mix chopped garlic, salt and pepper powder in curd and keep it on the side. Now for the onion salad, separate the onion into small slices, cut it in the same way and mix lemon juice, red chili powder and salt. Spread yogurt sauce over the remaining bread and place the kebab on it. Now wrap the onion salad on it, that is, make a wrap. Now in a non stick pan, take a little oil and cook the wrap till it turns brown. Serve with chaat masala.
