Affordable smart maker Maxima has announced the launch of its new budget smartwatch Max Pro X1 in India. The Maxima Max Pro X1 ‘Made in India’ is priced at Rs 1,999 and comes in three color options – Black, Pink and Green. Customers can buy the device through the official smart.maximawatches website or through partner channels. The company’s new watch can give competition to domestic rivals like boAt and Noise. The new Maxima Max Pro X1 features a square-shaped dial, but it still comes with the old metal-buckle strap-on mechanism.

The watch includes an ‘Advanced Realtek Chipset’ (RTL8762CK) and comes with a 3ATM rating for water resistance. It is also said to provide up to 10 days of battery life.

Maxima Max Pro X1 sports a 1.4-inch IPS display with 240×280 pixels resolution and 500 nits brightness. The package includes a silicone strap (94×126 mm) and a magnetic charger. The right side of the watch includes a physical button for browsing through the menu or wake-up screen.

Will be able to monitor blood oxygen

Like standard features of most budget smartwatches these days, this smartwatch can monitor blood oxygen levels (Spo2), sleep and heart rate. Maxima says the Maxima Max Pro X1 will offer 10-day battery back up on a single charge, while offering up to six days of runtime for heavy usage. It has been said to give a standby time of 30 days.

The Maxima Max Pro X1 includes two in-built games to ‘keep the mood light’ and several sports modes to track your daily workouts.

Customers can also choose from over 100 cloud-based watch faces to personalize the display image. Other features include Bluetooth and compatibility with Android smartphones and Apple iPhones.
